Dr. David Frankie Khoo

Dr. Frankie Khoo is the Chief Trader of Chariots Capital Group and the architect of the firm’s proprietary manual currency trading and hedging strategy.

He holds a PhD, Master’s in Finance & Investments, Master’s in Management, Master of Arts (Theology), and the CAIA designation. With over 20 years of trading experience, he personally oversees all currency trade execution, prioritising disciplined entry and exit, active hedging, and capital protection.

Claudia Khoo

Claudia Khoo serves as Partner and General Counsel, overseeing legal structuring, governance, and documentation across Singapore and Indonesia. She ensures client arrangements, including shareholder structures, contracts, and profit distribution mechanisms, are legally sound, enforceable, and confidential.

Working closely with senior management, she helps maintain a robust, compliant private operating model without unnecessary complexity.

Harriet Ng

Harriet Ng serves as Group Managing Director and Partner of Chariots Capital Indonesia, overseeing group strategy, governance, and operational alignment across Singapore and Indonesia.

She ensures consistency across investment offerings, client onboarding, reporting, and risk controls, while balancing disciplined growth with the firm’s long-term, performance-driven mandate.

Hillary Tjioe

Hillary Tjioe is the Managing Director of Chariots Capital Indonesia and a Partner of the firm, leading the establishment and execution of CCI’s Indonesia platform. She oversees key client relationships and fundraising, ensuring client engagement and onboarding align with the firm’s investment and currency trading framework.

With a finance background and experience as a second-generation business leader, she builds long-term, trust-based client partnerships with clear risk and investment expectations.

Elaine Hii

Elaine oversees financial governance, reporting, and cross-border structuring across the Chariots Capital group. She ensures financial discipline, transparency, and regulatory alignment to support sustainable growth.

Fredaus

Fredaus oversees operational infrastructure, reporting workflows, and internal processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all trading and client-facing functions.

Connie Li

Connie supports the trading team through macroeconomic and currency market research, providing structured insights that complement active trading decisions and client communication.
